Collier Swecker is a founding partner of Mega Agent Rentals and the Mega Agent Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Advantage. He and his Mega Team are among the most successful Real Estate Agents in the Birmingham Alabama real estate market. As a Realtor®, he has been able to utilize his legal and marketing skills to help clients save thousands of dollars and avoid costly contractual mistakes.

Collier graduated from Auburn University (B.A., 1998), Cumberland School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2002) and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis (Masters of Law in Taxation, 2003). Collier was the principal partner in a law practice, Swecker and Sparks, for 3 years in Auburn, Alabama. As a real estate attorney he assisted buyers and sellers close over $50 million dollars in real estate matters.

His professional experience allows him to assist his clients in finding the best property to fit their needs, negotiate the best possible price and manage the contract from contract to closing - so they don't have to! Buying a home is often the most expensive investment you will ever make.

Collier is married to Amanda Capps Swecker and live in North Shelby County. Collier & Amanda are the proud parents to a beautiful daughter, Julia Abigayle.

Trista Ehlers is the Director of Property for Mega Agent Rental Management LLC. Trista has years of sales and management experience along with keen attention to details and organization. She absolutely loves working in property management and look forwards to managing your property.



Trista’s greatest joy comes from spending time with her family.  She enjoys reading, home decorating, making jewelry, watching movies, and spoiling her two dogs, Clementine & Gilbert. Trista is a member of Collectivus Church where she serves on the leadership team.

Hallie is the Mega Team's Director of Client Care. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism / Public Relations and a minor in Political Science. She loves being involved in community service and helping others.
