Our marketing team is regularly monitoring these websites to ensure that our listings are accurate and have the most up to date pricing information. 2Posting of homes to the Birmingham Area Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and MegaAgentRentals.com.

3We receive many potential renters every month to Mega Agent Rental Management from our sister "sales" company The Mega Agent Real Estate Team at RE/MAX Advantage.

4We actively market our listings to our current database of prospective renters.

5We enlist the help of more than 3,500 REALTORS© and Agents to assist us in finding tenants. We even share a portion of our leasing commission to incentivise licensed Agents and REALTORS© to bring us the most qualified tenants.
